"Hello, my name is Vignesh. What else do you want to know about me?"
Vignesh began his life in India, but soon found he wanted greater adventure, so he came to the US to do his undergraduate work at the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities. There he worked with Prof. Thomas R. Hoye on the hexadehydro-Diels-Alder (HDDA) reaction project where he investigated trapping HDDA-generated benzynes with sulfides and thioamides. It was also here that he developed a taste of pranks though he refuses to comment on the nature of the pranks. It was also here that he decided that the cold weather was not for him, so he decided to come to sunny Berkeley where "it never rains". Currently he is enjoying the weather, scenic drives, the chemistry and is scheming his next prank, likely involving noisy shoes.
