is the Building Manager for the College of Chemistry and is responsible for all areas of facilities maintenance. She is involved in new facilities renovation and design and coordinates occupant impact issues related to construction. She is the director of the College’s 24/7 emergency response program and supervises the activities of the College of Chemistry Building Management team.

is the Assistant Building Manager in charge of facilities. She dispatches all facilities repairs and custodial requests to Campus Physical Plant. Refer to the "Who Does It!..." for details on maintenance issue reporting.

Donna is responsible for distributing keys and College magnetic stripe cards and has a small pool of students occasionally available to help with moves and corridor clean-outs within the College. Donna functions as one of the Emergency Action Directors who alternate off-hours coverage of the College's 24/7 emergency response phone line, 2-9090.

divides her time between the Building Management Unit and the Computing Services Unit where she continues to be in charge of telecommunications for the College. Salina's primary Building Management responsibilities include management of the facilities and occupant data base and coordination of the Safety Monitor Program. Salina also functions as one of the Emergency Action Directors alternating off-hours coverage of the College's 24/7 emergency response phone line, 2-9090. Salina will provide morning backup for Donna Kolba for key issuance and repair tag dispatch when Donna is away for extended periods such as vacation or illness.
