Awards and Accomplishments

• Dr. Balsara received the secretary of energy award for research work in the JCESR program. here

• The Balsara lab won the UC Berkeley College of Chemistry Excellence in Laboratory Safety Award! Thanks to Whitney for her success as safety officer. Check it out here

• Congratulations to Ksenia for her nomination as a finalist for the Padden Award at the Student Award Symposium in the Division of Polymer Physics of the American Physical Society! She will be giving a talk at the Padden Symposium at the 2018 March APS meeting in Los Angeles.

Ksenia was nominated as a finalist for the DSM Award by the Polymer Division of the American Chemical Society! She gave an invited talk at the National ACS meeting in August. We are so proud of your accomplishment!

Danielle was a finalist of the Padden Award at the Student Award Symposium in the Division of Polymer Physics of the American Physical Society! She presented her work at the March APS meeting. Congratulations- you make the Balsara lab proud!
