We are interested in the synthesis of functional materials consisting of designed nanoscale interfaces, using hybrid organic-inorganic molecular building blocks and molecular templating stategies. Our goal is to better understand chemical reactivity, by transferring the most essential features of functional group organization found in biological systems for catalysis and adsorption using synthetic heterogeneous platforms.
