Easels are available exclusively to College of Chemistry and Department of Chemistry for self-service checkout at:
Access door is normally unlocked from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. MWF, and 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. TT.
- Usage is entirely no-fee, self-service, and on the honor system.
- There is no guarantee of availability at any time.
- To reserve or sign out easels in advance, use the calendar posted near the (B16) exit door.
- All easels are owned by and annually reserved for the exclusive use of Doty Valrey's group for the period beginning mid-February through the end of March.
- All easels are annually reserved for the Chem 4B spring semester poster session at the end of the semester, usually in early May.
- Easel total height is 6'. Hard-board presentation areas are on both sides of each easel. Each presentation area is 4' high x 3' wide.
- Hard-board surface is not compatible with staples or tacks.
Tape or binder clips are commonly used.
Easels should be returned to B16 Pimentel Hall immediately after use so that others may have access to them.
Poster materials and tape should be removed before return.
