Administration


To support the research strategy of the Center, we have adopted the following structure. The EFRC will have two primary research areas, one area focusing on generating new materials and the other area focusing on crosscutting issues. Within each area there are teams organized according to their technical expertise (sorbents, membranes, characterization, and computation).

The Management Team (MT) of the Center consists of the director together with the deputy director. A Technical Advisory Council (TAC) supports the leadership of the EFRC.

The MT is responsible for the scientific and technical directions. In particular the MT is responsible for setting the priorities, allocating resources, and ensuring that all teams contribute to aims of the EFRC. In addition, the MT is responsible for the long-term vision and for adjusting the organization structure and research directions to accommodate opportunities. The administrative officer provides administrative support to the MT.
