Regional Conference
        Officers from several AIChE student chapters in the Texas-Louisiana area meet to share ideas at the Annual Regional Conference. Research projects as well as poster presentations are presented at this convention, and traditionally, our chapter has been one of the top performers in this region.

Plant Trips
        Each semester AIChE organizes plant trips to a variety of different companies that employ chemical engineers. These plant trips provide an excellent opportunity for students to view actual equipment and experience situations that may have only been previously seen in their textbooks. Students are also presented with the wide range of professions that chemical engineers encounter.
